This two-year Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in International Business is crafted for students with a non-business bachelor’s degree who want to gain advanced international business expertise. Ideal for career changers, professionals deepening global acumen, or international applicants, the program blends foundational business skills with global management, finance, and marketing.
Program Highlights
As part of the 60-credit program, students will complete a core set of business courses that build a strong foundation in accounting, economics, marketing, management, ethics, law, statistics, and strategic decision-making. Core coursework includes accounting, business mathematics, microeconomics, organizational behaviour, marketing concepts, business ethics, commercial law, research in management, business statistics, business strategy and policy, and business decision-making.
Students will then complete an international business concentration, exploring topics such as intercultural management, change and innovation leadership, international financial management, international marketing, and international management. The program also includes elective or project-based learning opportunities; such as the iLEAD special project or field-based consulting experience, allowing students to apply their learning in a real-world setting. Eligible students may choose to complete an optional 4-month co-op internship to gain practical business experience.
