This two-year Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Human Resource Management is tailored for students with a non-business bachelor’s degree. It delivers a comprehensive HR-focused curriculum designed to build knowledge in recruitment, labour relations, compensation, training, and organizational strategy; perfect for career changers, international learners, or professionals expanding their qualifications. 

Program Highlights

Students will complete a comprehensive business core that builds strong foundational knowledge in accounting, economics, marketing, management, ethics, law, statistics, and strategic decision-making. Core courses include introductory and management, accounting, business mathematics, microeconomics, organizational behaviour, marketing concepts, research in management, business ethics, business statistic, and strategy and policy.

Students will complete specialized coursework in human resource management, change management, and innovation leadership; along with additional electives such as recruitment and selection, industrial relations, compensation and rewards, occupational health and safety, human resources planning, and training and development. Eligible students may also choose to complete a 12-week co-op internship, gaining applied HR experience in a professional workplace setting.
